2014 Infiniti Q50 revealed in the brands Canadian website

I am sure someone will get fired for this, but someone put some pictures online, in the Japanese brands Canadian website, of the Q50 that should only be presented in Detroit, tomorrow.

The new luxury sports sedan should have been presented January 14, at the brand's North American International Auto Show press conference, following a special performance by Cirque du Soleil, but you can now see here the new car in all its glory.

Nothing else is known so we will have to wait to Monday to find out more about equipments and engines.

Short News: Infiniti announces new naming strategy

Seems Infiniti was not happy with the current numenclature and decided to change it in a way it relates to its roots and in particular with the Q45, but also representing a new brand direction.

In the image above you can see that the Q** will be used for the sedans and coupes, while the QX** is for all the crossovers and SUVs. From 2014 all models will have their badges changed and the first to get the new numenclature is the Q50, an all-new premium sports sedan to be unveiled at the NAIAS (North American International Auto Show) in January 2013.
